Below are the conditions under which the sale of goods and services on the Site is provided (as defined below) (hereinafter – "the Terms"). Registration on the Site and/or ordering goods and/or services on the Site, and / or using the contact details of the Seller (as defined below) specified on the Site, means acceptance by the Buyer (as defined below) of all of the following Terms and Conditions and full agreement with them.
PLEASE NOTE: in case of disagreement with any of the conditions below, the Buyer is obliged to refrain from using the Site and/or making a purchase of the goods/services presented on the Site.
The Seller (as this term is defined below) reserves the full right to change the Terms and Conditions set forth below. When the Seller makes changes to the Terms and Conditions, the registered Buyers will be notified of such changes in their personal account, as well as on their registered e-mail addresses. In this case, the amended rules will be considered as accepted at further ordering of goods and/or services on the Site, or the refrain of the registered Buyer from the cancellation of his registration within 15 calendar days from the date of notification about the changes of Conditions. Unregistered Buyers are liable to check these Terms for any changes, the Seller undertakes to inform non-Customers about the changes of Conditions.
Terms used in the Conditions description.
The Order – is the Buyer's application, which is submitted in the way provided on the Site, for the purchase and delivery (if necessary) of the list of goods and/or services , including simultaneous payment for such goods and/or services on the Site or with payment by other available means.
The Online shop – a website hosted on a server on the Internet at the following address https://www.woodville.com.ua/, which presents the goods and services offered by the Seller for purchasing by the Buyers through Ordering, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of such Orders.
The Buyer – an individual or a legal entity placing the Order.
The Seller – an individual entrepreneur Zhanna Georgievna Kuzmenko, registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The Site – https://www.woodville.com.ua/.
The Product – products, goods for garden, home, and any other goods displayed for sale in the online shop.
General provisions
All informational materials provided on the Site, including information about the products and services offered, are for informational purposes only and may not fully convey accurate information about the properties and characteristics of the goods and services. The above is due to the manufacturing technology of the goods presented in the online shop, which are made by hand and have a unique design for each copy. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, before placing the Order, the Buyer shall contact the Seller using the contact details provided in Our Contacts section of the Site.
If it is impossible to provide the Buyer with certain goods he placed an order for, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer by e-mail or phone within two working days from the date of the Order receipt and agree with the Buyer the procedure for replacement of the ordered Goods, their complete exclusion from the Order. If the Buyer makes payment for the Goods and there is no possibility to replace it, the Seller undertakes to refund the received funds in full amount within 10 working days.
Ownership of the Goods and the risks associated with them pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon the time of transfer of the Goods. Confirmation of the transfer of ownership of the goods is the buyer's signature on the invoice issued by the Seller, or in the documentation of the courier service upon delivery by the courier company.
The Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions by registering on the Site, paying for the Order or clicking the "Place order" button at the last stage of Ordering on the Site, depending on what from the listed above can be applied in a particular situation and/or what happened chronologically earlier.
Ordering
The Order can be issued by the Buyer independently through the Site or through the message to the Seller by phone or e-mail. Contact information for communication with the Seller is given in the section of the Site Our Contacts.
While ordering, the Buyer provides the following information:
- first name and last name of the Buyer;
- email address;
- contact phone number;
- the city which the buyer carries out the Order from;
- delivery address (or "pickup");
- where did the Buyer learn about Woodville (choose one of the suggested answers);
- the method of receiving the Order is to choose among pickup, delivery by Seller courier (for Kyiv and Kyiv region), Nova Poshta or Delivery courier company with the appropriate details for delivery: address, details of the courier service in the case of delivery by courier service.
IMPORTANT: all the information has to be provided without abbreviations.
After Ordering, the Seller agrees the Order details with the Buyer by phone, including the date, time, and method of delivery. The specified date and time depends on the region of delivery and the time required to process the Order. If the parties use a courier service for the delivery of the goods, the Seller reserves the right to inform the Buyer about the shipment of the goods by sending a message to the phone number of the Buyer specified in the Order form.
Payment procedure
Payment card: the Order can be paid on the Site using a payment card via the LiqPay payment system. Visa and MasterCard payment cards are accepted for payment. After placing the Order and specifying the payment card, the Buyer will be redirected to the LiqPay page to make the payment. For getting more information about LiqPay payment system the Buyer shall visit the site https://www.liqpay.ua/. If you select the Pickup option (that is, the Buyer wants to receive the Order in the shop of the Seller in Kyiv), the Buyer has the opportunity to pay by Visa or Mastercard payment card through the payment terminal or in cash.
Cash: when choosing the option of delivery of the Order by the Seller's courier, the Buyer has the right to pay in cash upon the delivery by the Seller's courier. This option is available only for Kyiv, as well as for some localities of the Kyiv region. The Buyer is obliged to clarify the availability of the given option for the particular locality from the Seller, whose contact information is provided in Our Contacts section. When choosing the option To receive the Order in the Seller's shop in Kyiv, the Buyer has the opportunity to pay in cash or by Visa or MasterCard payment card through the payment terminal (availability of payment by card in this case must be additionally agreed with the Seller).
Cash on delivery: when ordering delivery by courier service, the Seller provides the opportunity to pay in cash on delivery according to the rules of the courier service. Commissions and other payments that are charged by the courier service are paid by the Buyer in full. The buyer shall read carefully the terms of delivery of the Order by courier service on the site of the relevant courier service.
NOTE: for individual orders there is no possibility to pay cash on delivery.
Bank transfer: the Buyer has the right to pay for his Order by transferring the appropriate amount to the Seller's account according to the details that the Seller provides to the Buyer at his request.
To the Bank card: the Number of the Bank card for the transfer of funds for the Order is provided at the request of the buyer.
All payments for goods and services offered on the site are made in the national currency of Ukraine hryvnia, except as provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
Delivery
Address delivery in Kyiv (payment upon receipt).
The Seller offers delivery of the Orders in the city of Kyiv by means of its own courier, if the Order value exceeds UAH1000, 00 kopecks. If the cost of the Order is less than 1000 UAH 00 kopecks, the Seller at the request of the Buyer and at the expense of the Buyer can arrange delivery of the Order by courier or taxi service (payment for delivery in this case is carried out at the rates of the relevant service).
The cost of delivery of the Orders by the Seller's own courier is additionally agreed. In accordance with the cargo volume the cost of delivery varies.
Delivery of the Orders is carried out in the format "to the building entrance". Drop-off into the apartment / house is subject to the availability of a freight elevator and subject to additional payment. Payment for such services is subject to discussion.
If the product cannot fit the elevator, the conditions for lifting the Order by means of stairs are agreed with the Buyer (such additional service are additionally paid).

Delivery in Ukraine (100% advanced payment).
The option is not available for orders up to 500 UAH (inclusive).
Delivery is fulfilled by courier service Nova Poshta, Delivery, Dimex, Meest Express. It can also be any other delivery service which the Buyer opts for. Delivery cost will be charged according to the tariffs of the corresponding services.
To any part of the world (100% advanced payment).
This option is not available for orders up to 500 euros (or equivalent in other currencies).
Carried out by international courier services invilving prior consultation with the Buyer. The cost of delivery is calculated and agreed with the Buyer in each case.

We are open: MON-FR from 09:00 to 18:00, SAT, SUN – free days. To do this, the Buyer is advised to contact the Seller to clarify the availability of the goods of interest or to agree / specify the date of arrival of the Order.
Goods
Products available for sale in the Online shop at the time of ordering. Prices for Goods are given in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia (₴). If the price of the ordered goods is incorrectly stated on the Site, the Seller must inform the Buyer about it by e-mail or by phone to confirm or cancel the Order, at the earliest opportunity, but not later than within two working days from the date of the Order receipt. If you cannot contact the Buyer such an Order is cancelled.
Goods and services which are not presented on the site are also available for sale, but those are the goods which the Seller is ready to produce/provide (as he notifies the Buyer), as an individual order.
The price of the goods in the online shop can be changed by the Seller unilaterally. In this case, the price change does not apply to the goods issued in the Order, which were confirmed by the Seller and fully paid by the Buyer before the price change on the Site. Sale of Goods is carried out within the territory of Ukraine, as well as beyond the territory of Ukraine according to the legislation of Ukraine.
Packaging of the Goods meets the requirements for this type of goods. Upon the delivery in Ukraine packaging is the minimum necessary to preserve the Goods, protect them from transportation damaging. The buyer also has the opportunity to order a gift packaging of the Goods, the cost of such packaging must be specified by the Seller separately.
Attention! At the decor or furniture manufacture, many processes are performed manually. Such production has its own peculiarities: objects that belong to the same article in the catalogue can differ in size, shade and other characteristics. In addition, the final appearance of the product is also influenced by other factors. Woodville products are made of wood, and it is natural material, which is characterized by heterogeneity of texture and natural shades. This is especially true about old boards, which may additionally have other flaws and defects (traces of nails, knots, traces of bark beetle, damage), which is especially appreciated by fans of rustic style. All these characteristics make each product truly unique and inimitable, so the product purchased by the Buyer may differ from what is shown in the photo.
Certificates
The buyer has the opportunity to purchase gift certificates that can be used to pay for Woodville products on the site or in the Seller's shops. Certificates are issued in denominations of UAH300, UAH500 and UAH1000.
Prior to buying the certificates and purchasing the goods by means of the certificates, the following conditions apply:
- The gift certificate can only be used to purchase Woodville brand products exclusively in the Seller's shops;
- When buying a Woodville gift certificate, discounts on Woodville loyalty cards are available;
- When paying for goods with a gift certificate, discounts on loyalty cards are not applied up to the amount equivalent to the nominal value of the certificate, which the purchase is paid with;
- To pay for Woodville products with a certificate, the total value of which exceeds the value of the certificate, the Buyer shall pay the difference between the value of the certificate and the value of the goods using other payment methods available to Woodville customers. If you pay for Woodville goods with a certificate, the total cost of which is lower than the nominal value of the certificate, the difference between the value of the goods and the nominal value of the certificate is not returned to the Buyer;
- The gift certificate expires in 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise is specified on the certificate. The validity period of the gift certificate is not extended, it is considered invalid from the date of expiry. The money for the expired certificate will not be returned;
- Woodville is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the certificate, as the type of certificate is a "bearer" document and does not provide the identification of the person who presents the certificate;
- One certificate can be used to make a one-time purchase and is withdrawn by Woodville employee when the certificate value is redeemed at the purchase;
- In case of loss, the gift certificate is neither restored or reissued;
- Buying a gift certificate means that the Buyer and the person who provides the certificate fully agree to these terms.

Individual order and services
In the online shop, in addition to the purchase of Goods from the range of the online shop, the Buyer has the opportunity to place an individual order in the services subsection called the Individual order. To place the Individual order, the Buyer must contact the Seller by phone or e-mail (Our Contacts section) or fill out the relevant form. The term of processing of the Individual order depends on the complexity and volume of the Order and is agreed in each case.
The Seller provides the services specified in the relevant section on the Site. The cost and terms of services are agreed with the Buyer over the phone or by e-mail. For the Individual order, advanced payment is required, the amount of a down payment is agreed additionally, but cannot be less than 50% of the total cost of the Order.
Assembly of furniture
If necessary, the Seller's employees carry out the assembly and installation of furniture at the Buyer's place (the stated service is provided only on the territory of Kyiv). Київ). The cost of services makes 20% of the furniture cost.
Delivery and acceptance of goods
The representative of the delivery service has the right to require a document confirming the identity of the Buyer/Recipient of the goods to avoid cases of fraud, and to fulfil his obligations for the delivery of the ordered goods. The buyer accepts the goods by quantity upon receipt of the goods in the presence of a representative of the Seller's delivery service or the courier company performing the delivery.
In case of disagreement on the quantity of goods, the act of acceptance shall be drawn up, in the absence of which the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller under the given Order. If any discrepancy in the quality of the Goods is found, the Buyer shall draw up a complaint and submit it to the Seller in writing within 3 (three) working days from the receipt of the Goods. If the delivery of the Goods was made in due time, but the Goods were not transferred to the Buyer through his fault, the subsequent delivery is made on a new date and on terms of payment for delivery agreed with the Seller.
Seller's liability
The seller is responsible for the supply of defective goods only to the extent of the value of such defective Goods. The Seller is not liable for losses incurred by the Buyer due to improper use of the Goods ordered in the online shop.
The refund to the buyer
Refund or exchange of in case inadequate quality in the Order (quality, range, completeness) is made only after the return of the Goods by the Buyer and the receipt of such Goods by the Seller. Return of goods of inadequate quality is made at the expense of the Buyer; upon receipt of such Goods, the Seller is obliged to reimburse the cost of the Goods in full and in the same way that the Buyer paid for such Goods.
Whether the terms of payment for the Goods imply the advance payment (partial or full) for the Individual order, the amount of such advance payment made by the Buyer shall not be refunded to the Buyer in case of refusal by the Buyer to receive the Goods, except when such refusal to receive is justified by a significant violation by the Seller of his obligations.
Dispute resolution procedure
In case of any questions and/or claims on the part of the Buyer, he is obliged to contact the Seller by phone or e-mail. All disputes and contradictions related to the purchase of Goods in the online shop are resolved through negotiations. If the Buyer and the Seller are unable to reach agreement on the disputed issues after the negotiations, such disputes shall be referred to the competent court of Ukraine.
Intellectual property and protection of personal information
All text information and graphics on the Site are the property of the Seller and may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of the Seller.
The seller has the right to use the information received from the Buyer:
- to register the Buyer on the Site;
- to fulfil his obligations to the Buyer;
- for evaluation and analysis of the online shop.
The seller has the right to send the Buyer an advertising and informational messages. The seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer to third parties. The provision of information by the Seller to courier services, couriers, agents and third parties acting on the basis of these terms and conditions and/or agreement with the Seller for the performance of the Seller's obligations to the Buyer, as well as the provision of information to the competent state or international bodies or under a court decision or other forum for dispute resolution shall not be considered a violation of this obligation.
The seller is not responsible for the information posted by the Buyer on the site in a common public form. The Buyer gives the Seller consent to the use of his / her personal data as follows:
Agreement of personal data processing
I listed my information on the site www.woodville.com.ua guided by the Law of Ukraine "On protection of personal data", I hereby authorize an individual entrepreneur Zhanna Georgiivna Kuzmenko, ID 1990420985 (hereinafter – the Seller), the permission to processing my personal data (information and aggregated information about me) in the respective databases of personal data of the Seller, on such terms:
- the purpose of processing of personal data by the Seller is to ensure the implementation of relations in the field of advertising, marketing and collection of personal data for commercial purposes, to inform individuals about promotions and special offers of the Seller, distributors of products and services of the Seller and other partners of the Seller, the study of consumer demand, informing customers about new products, models of goods, manufacturer of goods, services, places of sale of goods and promotions conducted by the Seller and / or its partners, compliance with the requirements of legislation on consumer protection in accordance with the Civil code of Ukraine, the law "On advertising", Law of Ukraine "On protection of consumer rights", law of Ukraine "On telecommunications", law of Ukraine "On printed media (press) in Ukraine", other laws and regulations, internal documents of the Seller;
- the purposes of personal data processing are: (1) Information about goods, consumers of goods, exploitation of goods by consumers, identified defects (defects, breakdowns, etc.) of goods and their causes; (2) fulfilment of warranty and other obligations to consumers determined by the current legislation of Ukraine; (3) maintenance of statistics of consumer appeals and defects of goods, breakdowns and defects, their causes; (4) provision of information to consumers about goods, their producers and sellers; (5) compliance with the requirements of legislation on consumer protection; (6) compliance with other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine;
- the period of storage of personal data will be necessary to achieve the above purposes of processing such data, but at least 10 years. Personal data may be destroyed upon expiry of the retention period or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine; and
- personal information collected by Seller in the relevant database of personal data can be distributed (transmitted) by the Seller with the purpose and objectives specified earlier in this agreement to third parties that the Seller is obliged to provide personal data of customers in accordance with the current legislation (the state authorities and local government bodies, authorized to carry out control over observance of consumer rights, etc.); and the successors of the Seller.
Thus, this consent to processing of my personal data I give the Seller the permission to perform any action or set of actions with my personal data for the purposes described above, including (but not limited to): to process fully or partially in information (automated) system and/or in card files of personal data; to collect to the extent necessary for the foregoing purposes; the registration, storage, adaptation, alteration, renewal, use, depersonalization of information about me; the dissemination (distribution, realization, transfer) my personal data managers a database of personal data to third parties without notifying me about this; keep my personal information for the period necessary for the aforementioned purpose; to destroy my personal data after the expiry of their storage in the databases of personal data.
In particular, I provide the Seller with the consent (permission) to distribute (distribute, implement, transfer) my personal data collected by the Seller, without notifying me of such distribution of my data, if my personal data within the above composition and volume will be transferred by the company for the purpose and purposes specified above in this consent, to the managers of the personal data base and / or to third parties to whom the Seller is obliged to provide personal data of consumers in accordance with the current legislation (state and local authorities entitled to exercise control over the Seller's successors. I also agree that the above consent may be withdrawn in whole or in part by written notice to the Seller by registered mail with a list of attachments, or by delivery to the Seller's authorized representative, who shall confirm receipt of the notice with his signature.
The transaction confirmation
At any time before the final confirmation of the Order, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase of Goods, if these Conditions are unacceptable to the Buyer. All further actions after confirmation of the Order mean full consent of the Buyer to these Terms.

Warrantee conditions

Please read the warranty terms and conditions
The warranty on the Seller's products makes:
Furniture – 6 months (180 days)
Decor and accessories – 1 month (30 days)
from the date of purchase, subject to proper use, respectively, furniture or decor (or accessories) under standard conditions. During the warranty period, we will eliminate manufacturing defects free of charge, and if it is impossible to eliminate the defect, we will replace the defective part.
Upon receipt of the products, the Buyer shall check the glass and mirrors for the integrity and integrity of the product packaging. In case of violation of packaging – check the number and completeness of the attachment.
Before starting the assembly of furniture, the Buyer shall check the details for defects (chips, scratches) and the colour of all elements of the product. If a defect was found, it is necessary to suspend the assembly, as the furniture parts with traces of assembly are not subject to return and exchange. Keep the original packaging until the end of assembly, as the replacement of flaws is made only in the original packaging. The warranty is void if the part that requires replacement has already been installed or there are clear indications that the part has already been used, for example, a screw, a slotted opening, a mirror or a glass has been inserted. If you identify a flaw, please call the phone number listed in the sales receipt. After assembly, keep the sales receipt and labels from the packages until the end of the warranty period.
Complaints are accepted only if there is a receipt, the product itself or individual elements and in the "original packaging". In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, claims for complaints will not be accepted. Claims arising from improper assembly of the product (which was carried out by the Buyer), delivery and lifting (by the Buyer) or arising from improper operation shall be eliminated at the expense of the Buyer.
The warranty does not apply if:
- rules and conditions of use of furniture/decor/accessories were violated;
- restoration and repair of products were carried out by the Buyer independently;
- the products were damaged as a result of the action of pets, fire, aggressive liquids, as well as having signs of careless use;
- the design of the product or components was changed by the Buyer;
- warranty period has expired;
- there are defects that were known to the Buyer or reported to him before the sale and for which the Buyer received an individual discount, as well as defects for which the sale price was reduced for the products.
The return:
The buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of the purchase, to exchange for a similar one or return the purchased goods (furniture/decor/accessories), if the packaging and/or factory labels were not damaged, the good was not used, was not in assembly (installation), its presentation look, consumer properties are preserved, there is a sales receipt issued to the Buyer together at the good provision.
Payment procedure with the buyer is based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase, where the cost of delivery is withdrawn in double size (if it was included in the cost of the goods). If it is impossible to return the money on the day of return of the goods – the money is returned by agreement of the parties, but not later than 7 (seven) days.
You will be denied replacement products for new ones ( or money back) if:
- more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product was exchanged or returned;
- the product to be returned is not new, that is, it was in the assembly (in the installation), the original packaging or factory labels were damaged.
These terms are made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and do not infringe the legal rights of the Buyer.
